MARK KACPERCZYK
State of Illinois Licensed and Certified Home Inspector
Mark is the lead inspector for Casper Home Inspections. His knowledge of building science comes from his education in home inspections and also from his field experience in the trades.
His hands on experience in the construction industry ranges from electrical, plumbing, framing, heating, cooling, and roofing in commercial, multi-unit, and residential applications.
He received his education and training for home inspections from the Inspection Certification Associates School. He shadowed inspectors with decades of experience before he decided to be part of Casper Home Inspections.
Mark is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and licensed by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulations in Illinois.
Mark lives in a southwest suburb of Chicago with his wife and two kids. In his free time, he enjoys any outdoor activity he can do with his kids and loves to cook.
